Travel
-
PHL airport is a 20-minute ride from Center City. Lyfts/Ubers are plentiful and the fastest way to get to Philly. There is also train service via public transport (the SEPTA).
For folks flying from further distances, you could consider Newark Airport (EWR) in Newark, NJ as an alternative if you are finding flights to PHL to be limited. EWR is much bigger with many more cross-country and international flights. However, it is quite a bit further - a 90+ minute car ride or Amtrak ride to Philly.

Amtrak drops you off at 30th Street Station, which is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Center City. Great option for those coming from Northeast locales.

For those who elect to drive, there are numerous garages throughout Center City and many of the hotels will offer parking for a fee. Street parking is an option as well, though be aware that many blocks in Center City are metered with two-hour limits. Disclaimer: we take no responsibility for Philly drivers.
